Kitchens and Bathrooms

We do about one kitchen a year (for 22 years). These usually have new floors, cabinets, lights, and run from $10,000 on up (in some the cabinets alone cost $30,000). Kitchens often call for wall removal, and lots of drywall work. Removing bulkheads to be able to install taller cabinets is always popular.

We do about twenty bathroom remodels a year in the northern Virginia area. These range from the vinyl floors and tub/shower units, to the most expensive granite showers and floors.
We used to do about one major hot tub bathroom a year, back when they were more popular. This usually involves removing walls, re-routing plumbing and electrical wires, as well as massive drywall work and the regular shower install, etc.
